Returns

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ironessentials.support@gmail.com with your order number and the issue.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, shaker bottles cannot be returned once opened or used.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items on arrival are covered — send us a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
